What is da Vinci's warranty policy?
We have a one year warranty against product fading and paint chipping. It should be noted that wood products are organic, and will continue the natural aging process of distressing and cracking over time.
What is da Vinci's return policy?
All da Vinci products are custom made to the customer's specifications. Therefore, we have a no return policy once an order has been finalized.
When can we expect to receive our products?
It will take 4 to 5 weeks for your products to be custom built and shipped to your address.

Do you install products?
We only install locally, or with special dispensation, regionally. However, all of our products do ship with written instructions on self-installation.
How can I get a da Vinci catalog?
There is one presently located online at our website.
How will my products be delivered?
We ship with the US Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS or a carrier of your choosing.
Do you ship outside the US?
We are not presently set up for any shipments outside of the USA, but we are open to further discussion on this point.
Can I tour the factory?
Absolutely! Please feel free to stop by our Historic Landmark in Downtown, Lehi. Many of our buildings are over 100 years old, and we are a popular location for many photographers. Several of our customers will bring their unique and custom ideas to our artist's for them to design on site. We look forward to the opportunity of giving you a firsthand look at the quality of our work.
